What does Leader Development offer?
Leader Development is a leadership development and coaching practice for pastors and ministry leaders, founded by coach Byron Myers. It offers a free identity assessment, a 90-day one-to-one coaching framework held by video call, and self-paced leadership training courses for leaders across the United States.
What is leader development?
Leader development is the work of growing the person who leads: their self-awareness, identity, character and habits, not only their skills. Leadership training teaches techniques; leader development changes how you think, decide and relate under pressure, so those techniques hold when ministry gets hard.
Do you offer leadership training for pastors and church leaders?
Yes. There are six self-paced online courses at three levels (Foundations, Practitioner and Mastery), a free two-hour Healthy Shame Workshop, two free downloadable toolkits for ministry leaders, and a twelve-seat coaching cohort.
