Additional written terms may apply to a specific paid coaching engagement or product; those specific terms control if they conflict with this page.
Educational and coaching information
Website content, assessments, courses, and coaching materials are provided for educational and personal-development purposes. Coaching is not medical care, psychotherapy, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for qualified professional services. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, ministry, organization, health, and relationships.
Accounts and acceptable use
If you create an account, you are responsible for accurate information, the confidentiality of your credentials, and activity under your account. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload harmful code, scrape restricted areas, impersonate another person, or use the service in violation of law or another person's rights.

Unless otherwise stated, the site's text, design, assessments, frameworks, course materials, downloads, videos, and branding belong to Leader Development or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use purchased or freely provided materials for your own personal or internal ministry development, but you may not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, or create competing products from them without written permission.

No guarantee
Leadership development depends on many factors outside our control. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that every person will receive the same outcome. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leader Development and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
